  • Many rebrands start with visuals and work backward. We start with strategic definition and build forward. The brand identity, copy, and messaging your team receives in this engagement are built directly from a defined strategic core. That's the reason the output holds past the first six months. A visual rebrand without that foundation is decoration on top of an unresolved problem.

  • It's the central asset of every engagement with us. It defines your worldview, your market position, who you serve, the core problem you solve, your messaging architecture, and the decision filters your business runs from. It's not a brand guide.

    It's the document your team references when positioning questions come up, when hiring decisions get murky, and when new opportunities need a filter. Most clients tell us it becomes the most referenced internal document they have.

  • No. The Intensive isn't a formality. It produces the diagnostic clarity both sides need to confirm the full engagement is the right move and to ensure it's scoped to your actual situation.

    Skipping it means we'd be building strategy or pushing pixels without doing the foundational diagnosis first. That's the exact mistake we're in the business of fixing.

  • It's not a discount. It's a founding agreement. You get the full engagement at a reduced rate. We get a documented case study we can use to build category authority. Three engagements at this rate exist. When they're closed, this pricing closes with them.

  • Significantly involved in Explore and Extract. Moderately involved in Express. The interviews, the strategic direction decisions, and the sign-off on the Founder Core Document require your thinking and your time.

    The production work, drafting, and execution happen without you. If you're looking for something you can hand off entirely and check back in on, this isn't the right engagement.

  • Because the last one likely started in the wrong place. If the rebrand addressed the surface but the positioning conversations are still happening, the root was never resolved.

    That's actually one of the clearest signals that this work is the right next move, not a reason to wait.
